As of 12:15 today, April 21, my plans for a summer in Canada have completely fallen through. I don't know if it was Plan B or if it turned into Plan A; now that's irrelevant. It's time to move on to the other plans, which are all spectacularly less enthusiastic.

This year's Easter Dinner theme = Matthew 14:13-21.
Menu: halibut steaks (complements AHo--the official abbreviation, I'm told) with a light butter and lemon sauce, over a pastina risotto with a  roasted red pepper/tomato sauce + spinach, and roasted asparagus spears (to add height to the plating). Dug it.
